Now, from the dropdown menu, select the cryptocurrency you would like to deposit.

Finally, you'll be provided with a unique wallet address for the chosen cryptocurrency as well as a corresponding QR code. You can copy the wallet address by clicking the copy symbol (and tag if applicable) and then paste it in the withdrawal form of your external wallet. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code directly from the form.

Ethereum and ERC-20 Tokens
Important note - if you are depositing Ethereum or an ERC-20 token, it is important that you please ensure you carefully read the pop-up message (pictured below) before making a deposit using the ERC-20 method.

As Coinmetro uses smart contracts for Ethereum and ERC-20 token deposits, the amount of gas required is slightly higher than a typical transfer. To be sure that your transaction is successful, please set the transaction gas limit to 35,000 (55,000 for QNT/ETH/XCM). The fee difference is minimal. If your gas limit is too low, the transaction will simply be rejected by the Ethereum network. There is no risk for loss of assets caused by a too low gas limit.
