You can contact our Client Support team in a few different ways depending on if you are logged into your account or not.
Logged Out
From the Coinmetro home page, select the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner.

From here, you can start an instant chat with our client support team. The team will respond within minutes.
Logged In
On Desktop
If you're logged into your account - from your Coinmetro Dashboard, click on your profile icon (your initials) in the top-right corner. Then, from the dropdown menu click 'Support'. From here you can start a chat with one of our Client Support Specialists, or take a look through the Coinmetro Help Center.

On the Coinmetro Mobile App
Click on the 'More' menu in the lower right-hand corner, then click on 'Support'.
